Barista

We are seeking a friendly and energetic Barista to join our team at Indianapolis International Airport. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and espresso beverages, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for travelers and airport staff.

• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso, and other beverages according to company recipes and standards.
• Greet customers warmly and provide prompt, courteous service.
• Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including counters, equipment, and seating areas.
• Handle cash and process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system.
• Restock supplies and inventory as needed to ensure smooth operations.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Assist with opening and closing duties as required.
• Work collaboratively with team members to create a positive and efficient work environment.

• Previous experience as a Barista or in a customer service role preferred.
• Passion for coffee and knowledge of coffee preparation techniques is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Must be able to pass a background check and comply with airport security requirements.
