• Greet Guests and create a welcoming, upbeat experience.
• Serve BWW Guests with excellent verbal communication, creating a personalized experience.
• Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
• Recommend menu items, beverages, and promotions.
• Deliver food and drinks while ensuring quality and satisfaction.
• Check in with Guests and provide attentive service throughout their visit.
• Process payments and handle transactions accurately.
• Apply conflict management, analytical skills, and emotional intelligence to recognize and solve guest problems.
• Understand RAS (Responsible Alcohol Service) procedures as defined by federal and state laws and BWW policies.
• Work closely with your team to keep the dining room running smoothly.
• Maintain time management, organization, and attention to detail.
• Follow direction and execute team and company objectives.

• Superior customer service and hospitality skills.
• Knowledge of proper sanitation, food safety, and security procedures.
• Familiarity with the BWW food and beverage menu and ability to make suggestions and up‑sell.
• Knowledge of current marketing initiatives and upcoming events to inform Guests.
• Basic mathematical skills and ability to handle money accurately.
• Basic knowledge of Point of Sale systems.
• Conflict management, analytical, and high emotional intelligence to recognize and solve guest problems.
• Strong knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures in a restaurant environment.

• Comply with all specs, quality standards, and department rules and procedures.
• Follow specific service time guidelines while engaging Guests and customizing their experience.
• Maintain a high degree of pace and intensity for an extended period of time.
• Be reliable and dependable by adhering to a schedule, covering shifts as necessary, and being on time for scheduled shifts.

• Wow team members by providing respect, positive encouragement, and fair treatment within the organization.
• Maintain positive working relationships with all team members and managers.
• Contribute as a member of a team.

• Wow Guests every day by achieving the highest level of satisfaction with friendly service, food, fun, and value.
• Explain menu items and terms and provide suggestions to Guests when asked.

• Minimum 21 years of age.
• Certifications to serve alcohol as dictated by the state and BWW policy.
• Prior experience working as a server or in customer service roles, ideally in a high‑volume, full‑service restaurant.
