Upper Crust Food Service is seeking a classically trained Sous Chef to support the Head Chef, supervise staff, and uphold safety and sanitation standards in a busy kitchen.
You will help develop seasonal menu concepts, ensure consistent food quality, and maintain a clean dining room and kitchen while communicating clearly with management and guests.
