As a Line Cook at 10th Street Diner, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our guests enjoy an exceptional dining experience. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and cooking menu items to perfection, following recipes and standards.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workstation throughout service.
• Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Assisting with food prep, inventory management, and restocking as needed.
• Following all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe kitchen environment.

We’re seeking someone who brings both skill and a positive attitude to the table. To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

• At least 1 year of experience as a Line Cook or in a similar kitchen role.
• A strong sense of responsibility and dedication to your craft.
• The ability to work well as part of a team—teamwork is essential in our kitchen!
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn.
• A commitment to punctuality and reliability.
