Greene Thumb is seeking a dependable and creative Seasonal Fall Décor & Delivery Associate to help bring fall to life for our customers. This role includes caring for seasonal plants, delivering pumpkins and décor, and creating beautiful autumn displays for homes and businesses.

Greene Thumb is seeking a dependable, responsible, and creative Seasonal Fall Décor, Delivery & Plant Care Associate to help us bring fall to life for our customers while ensuring newly installed seasonal plants receive the care they need.

This position combines seasonal decorating, local deliveries, plant care, and customer-property visits. The associate will deliver and install pumpkins, mums, ornamental cabbage, and other seasonal décor, as well as return to designated customer properties to provide watering for up to 14 days following installation.

Because post-installation watering requires returning to properties on a schedule, this role is ideal for someone who is dependable, comfortable working independently, and understands that consistent follow-through is an important part of caring for living plants.

This is a flexible, part-time seasonal position that may be a great fit for parents, retirees, students, or anyone looking for supplemental income during the fall season.

• Drive a company truck to deliver pumpkins, plants, and seasonal décor to residential and commercial customers.
• Create and install attractive seasonal displays.
• Arrange pumpkins, gourds, mums, ornamental cabbage, and other seasonal materials according to installation plans and customer expectations.
• Load, unload, transport, and handle products carefully and safely.
• Maintain inventory and keep vehicles, equipment, and work areas clean and organized.

• Return to assigned customer properties to water newly installed seasonal plant material for up to 14 days following installation.
• Follow assigned watering schedules consistently and ensure plants receive appropriate care based on weather and site conditions.
• Monitor mums, ornamental cabbage, and other seasonal plant material for signs of stress, damage, or other concerns.
• Report plant-health, irrigation, property, or installation concerns to a supervisor promptly.
• Communicate completed watering visits and any concerns according to company procedures.
• Treat customer properties with care and professionalism, including when customers are not present.
• Help ensure seasonal displays remain attractive and healthy during the post-installation care period.

• Provide friendly, courteous, and professional customer service.
• Follow daily schedules, routes, work orders, and supervisor instructions.
• Communicate promptly if weather, vehicle issues, property access, or another circumstance could interfere with a scheduled watering or delivery.
• Follow company safety procedures while driving, lifting, delivering, installing, and working on customer properties.
• Assist with other seasonal landscape and property-care responsibilities as needed.

• Valid driver's license required with insurable status .
• Comfortable driving a company pickup truck and making local deliveries and service visits.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds regularly.
