• - Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
• - Take and accurately relay food and beverage orders
• - Serve food and drinks promptly and efficiently
• - Maintain a thorough knowledge of the menu, including bar offerings and banquet services
• - Ensure guest satisfaction by providing attentive and personalized service
• - Assist in setting up and breaking down banquet events
• - Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive experience
• - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining and bar areas
• - Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations

• - Previous experience as a server, with strong bar and banquet knowledge preferred
• - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• - Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings and evenings
• - Strong attention to detail and guest satisfaction
• - Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• - Knowledge of alcohol service regulations and responsible beverage service
• - Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• - Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights as needed
