Barista | Thieves
Thieves is looking for a friendly, energetic barista to join our team. Our baristas create great coffee and an even better guest experience in our coffee-by-day, cocktails-by-night space.
What you’ll do:- Prepare espresso drinks, coffee, matcha and other daytime beverages
- Provide warm, attentive and efficient service
- Maintain a clean, organized and well-stocked bar
- Handle POS transactions accurately
- Help create the welcoming, elevated atmosphere Thieves is known for
- Work collaboratively with the rest of the Thieves team
Someone dependable, personable, comfortable in a fast-paced environment and genuinely good with people. Barista or hospitality experience is a plus, but personality, work ethic and willingness to learn matter just as much.
Current Indiana liquor permit and Serv Safe license required to begin training.
