Retail Sales Agent; GOLF

QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, TRAINING, & WORK EXPERIENCE

• Must have High School Diploma or High School Equivalency Diploma (HSED).
• Must possess excellent customer service skills.
• Must have a pleasant personality.
• Must be flexible with work schedule.
• Must have knowledge of the resort and surrounding area.
• Must have knowledge and understanding of golf.
• Must be a minimum of 21 years of age to work in the Casino in a non-sensitive area.
• Employment contingent upon favorable background investigation and drug screening.

• Opens and/or closes the Golf Shop.
• Checks-in and registers golfers.
• Answers the phones in a courteous and professional manner.
• Schedules tee times.
• Operates the cash registers and associated systems.
• Assists customers with merchandise purchases.
• Maintains the Golf Shop in a neat, orderly manner.
• Assists with merchandising duties.
• Performs other related reasonable duties capable of being performed as requested by Management.
