Twisted Touch Harley-Davidson is looking to add to our growing Sales team! Do you love motorcycles? We are now training for our 2025 season! We are looking for team players with the ability to provide exceptional customer service to our customers. We provide paid training and share our proven systems to make sure you have the skills necessary to be our next superstar!

ResponsibilitiesProvide top notch customer service to all our guests! Guide them through the process of finding their dream bike!
Share our passion and excitement of Harley Davidson to our customers using our tailored approach providing features, advantages and benefits of our products.
Ensure the customer meets team members from each department so they feel comfortable when shopping for Parts and Accessories, Financing, Insurance Products and Services, Warranties, and Service Plans.
A self-starter! Patiently and persistently follow up on all prospects and customers.
Maintain the showroom and display of motorcycles in a manner appealing to customers.
Enter data into our CRM on all client information and interactions.
Stay up to date with our brand, product knowledge, company information, and company-wide events, truly becoming a resource to our customer base.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Available to work a flexible schedule including Saturdays & Sundays as needed.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Positive can-do attitude
Teamwork- works well with others and helps even when not asked.
Riding Experience and Current Motorcycle Endorsement desired, not required
