Location: Indianapolis

Duration: 0 to 2 months, Temp to Hire
Shift Time: Shift hours may vary depending on location: 7am – 4pm, 8am – 5pm, 9am – 6pm

Responsibilities
  • Dress Code:
    Business Casual at most sites. A few have polo as part of the requirements.
  • Driving: YES, commute to Indianapolis, Carmel, and Danville, Indiana.
  • Personal vehicle is required
  • Standing for long periods of time, walking on mail routes, heavy lifting, knowledge of how to use tools to assist with lifting other heavy objects is useful.
  • Collaborate closely with management to enhance operational processes, ensuring compliance with best practices and driving continuous improvement through data-driven insights.
  • Assist in the seamless implementation of new customer accounts and service expansions, providing valuable support to Field Implementation Managers.
  • Infuse energy into every interaction, embodying a service-oriented approach that puts the customer first, while remaining open-minded and authentic in your engagements.
  • Be adaptable and accountable, embracing challenges with enthusiasm and owning your role in delivering exceptional service.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet the demands of a dynamic work environment, including the ability to travel between customer locations within a 40-50 mile radius.
  • Data-driven and innovative approach, alongside excellent communication abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to complete tasks with ease using your proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite and other computer operations.
  • Demonstrated with prior experience in customer service or related fields.
  • Commitment to personal growth and accountability through ongoing education and development opportunities.
  • Physical Requirements include lifting, standing, and walking. Some sites may require walking between different buildings.
  • Printing assignments may require standing for extended periods. Candidate required to lift around 50.
  • Lifting will be occasional when shipping/receiving packages, receiving catering orders.
  • This position takes place at multiple locations and parking may or may not be provided free of charge.
  • Parking can be expensed.
  • Contingent Workers will be allowed to expense some of the commute mileage.
  • Employees may be re-assigned to another site in the morning or in the middle of the day.
  • Shift hours may vary depending on location: 7am – 4pm, 8am – 5pm, 9am – 6pm.
  • Overtime may be required. Work week – Mon – Fri.
  • Candidates must be available for work between 7am and 7pm and ready to adjust on a short notice.
Daily responsibilities
  • This is a customer-facing role. Employees in this position will provide coverage and support at multiple sites in NYC.
  • Duties include reception, mailroom, print production, hospitality, and other office services.
  • Mailroom operations
  • Print production (printing, assembling, binding)
  • Key-op (replenishing toner and paper in printers, clearing jams)
  • Greeting and assisting visitors and answering and forwarding calls
  • Scheduling conference rooms through Outlook or other applications
  • Communicating with customers via Outlook, Microsoft TEAMS, and in-person
  • Assisting with stocking kitchen supplies, maintaining cleanliness and organization of kitchen and other office areas
  • Conference room set up/take down
  • Other duties, as assigned
