This role, based within our Cabo Negro Store (Tetouan), offers a unique opportunity to drive commercial performance while nurturing a people-first culture where everyone feels inspired to contribute, grow, and succeed.

• Lead, inspire, and develop the commercial team across Sales, Customer Experience, Communication, and Interior Design.
• Translate IKEA strategy into clear commercial priorities that respond to local customer needs.
• Use customer insights, market knowledge, and performance data to drive growth, affordability, and brand strength.
• Secure a seamless omnichannel customer experience across all physical and digital touchpoints.
• Build leadership capability through coaching, feedback, and succession planning.
• Act as a role model for IKEA values, encouraging entrepreneurship, simplicity, and continuous improvement.

• You have solid commercial leadership experience in retail or a related industry.
• You are passionate about leading and developing people.
• You are customer-focused and continuously seek better ways to meet customer needs.
• You are analytical and performance-driven, turning insights into action.
• You share IKEA values and have the courage to challenge, innovate, and take ownership.

This is a full-time position based in our Cabo Store in Tetouan. Some travel may be required.
