• Brand Ambassador – Represent our people‑first culture by creating a welcoming environment and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Relationship Builder – Connect with guests through active listening and thoughtful questions, guiding conversations toward solutions while driving sales performance.
• Product and Services Expert – Confidently sell devices, plans, and services, consistently meeting or exceeding performance goals and simplifying technology for customers.
• Store Key Support – As a senior team member, you are trusted with opening and closing responsibilities, ensuring the store is secure, organized, and ready to serve guests.

Compensation: $19.00–$20.00 per hour, plus uncapped commission. This position is classified as modified full‑time, with a work schedule ranging from 30 to 39 hours per week (average ≈35).

• High school diploma required.
• 1–2 years of retail keyholder experience preferred, especially in wireless sales.
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Experience operating a POS system with strong transaction accuracy.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
• Physical ability to perform tasks such as bending, stooping, reaching, lifting, walking, standing, and moving items within the store.

• Minimum salary: $42,000
• Maximum salary: $47,250
