Store Associate

Position Summary

The Retail Store Associate plays a customer-focused role within the CVS Health family, providing differentiated service, managing cashier and inventory duties, supporting pharmacy, and promoting loyalty programs.

• Provide differentiated customer service by anticipating needs, demonstrating compassion, and resolving service issues.
• Greet customers warmly, maintain eye contact, and help locate items.
• Handle cashier duties, including cash, checks, and credit card transactions with precision.
• Maintain the sales floor by restocking shelves, checking in vendors, updating pricing, and completing inventory management tasks.
• Support opening and closing store activities when needed.
• Provide support to all departments, including photo and beauty, ensuring they are fully stocked and operational.
• Assist pharmacy personnel and work regular shifts in the pharmacy when needed.
• Embrace and advocate for new CVS services and loyalty programs.

• Remain standing for sustained periods.
• Lift and exert up to 35 lbs occasionally; 10 lbs frequently; occasional negligible force.
• Have visual acuity sufficient to view a computer terminal, read, and inspect small parts/details.

• At least 16 years of age.

• Previous experience in a retail or customer service setting.

High School Diploma or Equivalent (Preferred but not required).

29 hours per week.

Part time.

$15.00 - $19.00 per hour.
