Position

Retail Sales Associate / Retail Customer Service (Pawnbroker) at EZCORP (EZPawn).

3376 W. 10th St., Indianapolis, Indiana 46222.

$13.00–$15.00 per hour, based on experience.

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers and interacting with them in person and on the phone.
• Process sales, loans, and extensions.
• Perform opening and closing store duties.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Customer service, cashier, or retail experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong work ethic, self‑motivated, positive, outgoing.
• Ability to multitask.
• Pass a criminal background check and drug test (after conditional offer).
• Adherence to all Company policies, procedures and regulations.
• Knowledge of commonly pawned items such as tools, jewelry, firearms or electronics is a plus.
• Sales background, bilingual or other relevant experience is a plus.

Start as a trainee in a 5‑week paid training program. Earn a $0.50 raise and promotion to Pawnbroker after completion. Continue to the Pawnbroker Certification Program for an additional $1/hour and advance to Lead Pawnbroker. Apply for Assistant Manager through a 6‑month training program.
