At Java House, we’re known for having amazingly smooth coffee, a great atmosphere, and excellent customer service. We’re growing from 3 to 6 stores over the next year and are looking for individuals with coffee experience who want to work for an organization where upward mobility and growth are unlimited.

This job contributes to Java House's success by leading a single store to create and maintain the Java House experience in your community. You will directly lead and manage your store, spending most of your time maintaining daily operations, supervising and directing your barista teams, monitoring the integrity of your staff and offering development opportunities, maintaining and monitoring store inventory, ensuring product & food safety standards, and providing an excellent experience for our guests.

• Full-time, non-exempt (40 hours per week)

• Lead and implement daily standard operating procedures
• Meet store operating policies and standards
• Manage barista team of 10-20 employees
• Train new Baristas and Shift Leads
• Inventory management and ordering

• Ensure product and process integrity with barista team(s)
• Lead and promote Java House culture, values, and mission
• Engage with and understand our customers

• Availability to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and/or holidays
• Ability to perform many different tasks within the store during each shift
