Job Description
The Field Store Associate will primarily drive sales in Lowe’s Paint and Pro departments, generate customer leads, implement marketing programs, provide exceptional service, and manage merchandising.
Part‑time associates ensure maximum client satisfaction, stay current with product features, and maintain high visual standards.
Location:
Lowe’s Store #275, 975 Beachway Dr, Indianapolis, IN 46224. Schedule is part‑time during weekdays, afternoons, and weekends, subject to business needs.
- Drive sales growth and lead store initiatives.
- Deliver training to Lowe’s associates.
- Maintain high standards in service and merchandising execution.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
- Assist customers in identifying needs and presenting appropriate products.
- Build productive relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
- Maintain Pro customer color files and tint/mix products to specifications.
- Maintain store appearance, inventory best practices, color wall and back stock.
- Provide in‑store Pro Desk paint support and facilitate connectivity between paint and pro desk.
- Promote Sherwin‑Williams and Valspar brand standards.
- Achieve sales goals monthly, quarterly, and yearly.
- Train associates on product knowledge and application methods and complete eLearning modules.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Legally authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
- Ability to retrieve material from shelves and lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally.
- Willingness to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends.
- High school diploma or GED.
- At least one year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service.
- Experience selling paint and related products.
- Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment.
- Valid, unrestricted driver’s license.
- Multilingual communication skills.
