• Assist with daily operations of the assigned store from merchandising to customer support.
• Support the cash register and perform front‑end duties as needed.
• Receive merchandise, unload trucks, and process freight safely in accordance with productivity standards.
• Merchandise and stock as required.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, including bathrooms, floors, trash removal, and overall presentation.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment while maintaining professional and friendly interactions with customers, associates, and leaders.
• Manage sales transactions at the assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment (highly preferred).
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
• Excellent customer service and relationship‑management skills.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
• High level of integrity.
• Proficiency in basic math for cash accounting.
