Phantom Fireworks is the industry leader in retail sales of consumer fireworks. We are seeking a high-energy, self-motivated, and customer-focused individual to join our Retail Management team. No prior fireworks experience is required—comprehensive training is provided.

• Open and close the store, ensuring security and proper cash handling.
• Assist the management team with daily store operations.
• Handle cash, deposits, and bank procedures accurately.
• Oversee, lead, and support store staff.
• Assist and address customer concerns professionally.
• Monitor inventory on the sales floor and ensure products are properly stocked.
• Maintain merchandising and store presentation standards.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• 2–3 years of retail experience.
• Experience managing staff and cash control procedures.
• Strong communication, multitasking, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and seasonal peak hours.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word and Excel preferred).
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Must be able to pass a credit and criminal background check.
