Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Food Associate for providing excellent customer service and ensuring the efficient operation of our food service establishment. If you have a passion for the food industry and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

Duties:

• Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely manner
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with health regulations
• Operate cash register and handle customer transactions accurately
• Assist with inventory management, including restocking supplies and monitoring stock levels
• Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure food safety
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of the food service establishment
• Perform other duties as assigned

Skills:

• Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
• Knowledge of food service operations, preferably in a restaurant or retail setting
• Familiarity with sanitation regulations and best practices
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively
• Proficiency in operating a cash register or point-of-sale system
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate order preparation and cash handling
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
• Knowledge of retail math for pricing calculations is a plus
