About the Role
As a Sales Lead, you create an engaging environment for associates and customers. You partner with the Store Manager to execute daily action plans and lead the store operations, ensuring a fabulous store appearance, trained associates, and a customer‑centered atmosphere. Your leadership is essential for cultivating a team that can step into the Manager role as needed and continue to pursue excellence in sales and service.
Responsibilities- Welcome customers and engage with them to understand their needs and support their shopping experiences.
- Share knowledge of Lane Bryant products and services to outfit and inspire customers.
- Empower teams to exceed customer expectations through the company selling model.
- Help store leaders execute daily operational action plans.
- Motivate and coach associates to recognize and improve performance.
- Drive results by identifying business opportunities in partnership with store leaders.
- Assess daily schedules to maximize productivity and equalize payroll.
- Share daily communications with store teams and prioritize tasks as needed.
- Support store leadership with onboarding new associates when needed.
- Adhere to brand guidelines, operational requirements, and asset‑protection policies.
- 1–3years retail experience.
- High‑school diploma or equivalent.
- Passion for styling and a love of working with people.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
- Proficiency with technology and store systems.
