ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER

The hourly rate for this position is between $16.00 - $17.00 based on experience. We offer competitive benefits

A Day in the Life

As the Assistant Store Manager, you will serve as an invaluable member of our team by striving to build a clean, safe, and positive experience for our customers. You will be directly responsible for increasing sales by converting opportunities to rentals and upselling. Your day-to-day would involve caring for the facility, inside and out, as well as collections, deposits, and responding to customer inquiries.

You will also be splitting your time between two locations, depending on need.

Qualifications for an Assistant Store Manager
  • 2+ years of customer service experience (i.e. retail sales, restaurant, front desk, site management)
  • 1+ years of customer-centered sales and collections (cold calling) experience
  • Strong computer skills and ability to learn new applications
  • Valid driver s license with access to reliable transportation
  • Able to walk/sit/stand for extended periods of time
  • Able to operate POS and other typical office machines
  • Ability to travel between 2 locations - you will split your time between two locations that are 20 minutes apart.
Work Schedule

We re open 7 days a week from 9am to 5:30pm. Weekend and holiday shifts are required.
