Job Description
Overview:
Provide information, training, and support to Domino’s Team Members & Assistant Managers. The TNT divides his/her time between program creation, planning and execution, delivering educational training presentations to Team Members about topics pertaining to 5‑Star Operations in our locations. Duties include recruitment & coordination, training development, one‑on‑one training, delivering presentations, material and evaluation development, and event planning.
Recruitment & Coordination (20%)
- Track & monitor team member applications.
- Assist GMs with staffing needs.
Training (70%)
- Act as the organization’s principal trainer, delivering training to locations.
- Hands‑on training team members.
- Develop new training based on need and interest.
- Assist store that is struggling the most with service 1 of 3 weekend days (Fri – Sun).
- Work with team members on products.
- Work with team members on service.
- Work with team members on systems.
Primary Focus:
- Results through people (motivation, goal setting, follow through)
- Achieve growth numbers
- Positive representation of the Company and its leadership
- Clean well‑organized store run by well‑trained, customer service‑focused team members
Requirements:
- Reliable insured car and driving record that complies with current DPLLC & our insurance standards.
- Accessibility 24 hours/ 7 days per week (phone, text, Jostle, and email).
- Provide status report by 10 am on Monday with details on upcoming schedule.
- Provide weekly updates for the area:
List of positives by store (rankings, updates, etc...), operational updates, etc.... - Team Members must agree and adhere to the Policy Manual.
- Team Members must agree and adhere to the Image Standards.
- Minimum 5 Days / 45‑50 Hours. If stores are fully staffed a minimum of 4 on‑site visits to be conducted per week.
- 1 of 3 Weekend nights is mandatory at struggling stores (Fri, Sat, or Sun) – Coordinated with DM or Training Director.
Recruiting experience is a plus.
Training experience is preferred.

Additional InformationJob Type:
- Full‑time
Base Pay:
- $46,800 - $50,700 annually
- 2 store locations $900 weekly = $46,800 annually
- 4 store locations $925 weekly = $48,100 annually
Bonus opportunities:
- 2 stores $150 per store = $300 weekly potential $15,600 annually
- 4 stores $150 per store = $600 weekly potential $31,200 annually
Schedule:
- 5 Days a week with 1 of those days on weekend
- Travel required from store to store within specified region assigned (approximately 54 miles between furthest locations)
Training is provided and an American Express card is provided to cover fuel and oil changes for vehicle in use.
