Part‑time position available for evening shifts at CircleK location.

• Provide prompt excellent customer service in a courteous, friendly and attentive manner.
• Greet customers as they enter and thank them as they leave.
• Offer suggestions or recommendations to customers.
• Ring up all sales on cash register accurately, handling money, checks, and other payment types.
• Operate fuel console, lottery and other machines.
• Maintain store facilities and general housekeeping duties, cleaning equipment and inspecting facilities.
• Complete build‑too's, receive and verify vendor deliveries, maintain adequate stock, rotate stock and place advertising signage.
• Control merchandise, cash shortages and other selling expenses; assist in inventory levels and shift audits.
• Maintain accurate cash, sales and inventory control records; notify manager of discrepancies.
• Follow safety and security guidelines; report incidents to manager.
• Keep accurate records of shift and timekeeping paperwork.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Retail sales experience preferred.
• Ability to accurately operate cash registers, scanners, beverage dispensers and other equipment.
• Ability to work scheduled hours, arriving on time.
• Strong communication skills; ability to convey information clearly.
• Basic arithmetic skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide) preferred.
• Ability to perform essential duties and physical functions as described.
• Ability to work in conditions described (e.g., exposure to temperature extremes, walk‑in cooler, outdoor, noise).

• Exposure to cold or warm temperature extremes.
• Occasional lift up to 30pounds from ground to overhead; lift up to 50pounds from ground to waist.
• Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands for the entire shift.
• Push/pull with arms up to force of 20pounds (hand‑truck).
• Reach overhead for objects.
• Bend and twist at waist.
• Operate cash register or computer keyboard.
• Stoop, kneel, squat, bend, push, pull.
• Work alone.
• Exposed to occasional noise.
• Stand/walk whole shift.
• May require climbing ladder to store/retrieve materials or place/remove signs.

Performs approximately 95% of work indoors, cleaning parking lots, gas pumps, taking out garbage, etc. Exposure to extreme cold temperatures while performing occasional work in a walk‑in cooler and/or freezer. Exposure to occasional noise. Works with minimum direction and periodic supervision.
