About the Job Retail Manager (Wellness Tech Industry)We are representing one of the well known direct selling companies who specialize in wellness tech product in Puchong (HQ). As they are expanding their business, they are looking for Retail Manager to join the team!
Job ResponsibilitiesStore Operations
- Oversee the day-to-day operation in the store.
- Training and supervising staff to ensure they understand and adhere to operational standards. Setting and achieving sales targets for the store.
- Conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to employees.
- Overseeing inventory levels and implementing strategies to optimize stock levels.
- Coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Implementing Facebook marketing initiatives to drive traffic to the store.
- Planning and optimizing the store layout to enhance the customer shopping experience.
- Managing product displays, promotions, and pricing strategies to drive sales.
Project Management Roadshow / Exhibition
- Liaise with the mall management to participate the roadshow and facilitate the coordination of the roadshow procedure.
- Develop comprehensive roadshow/ exhibition plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
- Create and manage event budgets, ensuring adherence to financial constraints.
- Negotiate with vendors to secure cost-effective services and products.
- Oversee on-site event operations, including set-up and coordination of staff.
- Minimum a Diploma/ Bachelor Degree in any relevant field.
- At least 5 years of working experience as Retail Manager.
- Preferably candidate from Retail industry.
- Strong understanding of retail operations, including sales, inventory management, merchandising, staff management and customer service.
- Proven leadership and management experience with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
- Willing to travel.
- Good communication skill in English & Mandarin due to the business nature.
