Overview
As a Supervisor, you support the management team in growing our company brand, support store operations, and help build a sales and service culture to deliver best‑in‑class service. You will lead a team in merchandising, front‑end operations, and sales to meet key performance metrics.
Responsibilities- Deliver outstanding customer service by leading by example and fostering a welcoming store atmosphere.
- Supervise team members, support training, and coach peers to improve product knowledge and sales skills.
- Ensure adherence to all applicable laws and regulations related to the sale of alcohol and maintain a safe, compliant environment.
- Maintain store safety and cleanliness standards across the store.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- 1‑3 years of retail experience, including 1+ year in a supervisory role.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a team player mindset.
- Experience resolving customer issues and coaching peers.
- Familiarity with point‑of‑sale systems and inventory management software.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Age 21 years or older.
- Walk, bend, and be on feet for 8‑10 hours a day.
- Safely lift, load, and handle cases and pallets.
- Climb ladders and lift 50 lb. overhead repeatedly.
- May be exposed to various outdoor weather conditions during the workday.
