• Ensure a positive company image by providing courteous, friendly, and efficient service to customers and team members.
• Achieve financial performance goals in the Meat and Seafood departments.
• Conduct interviews to ensure proper staffing levels are achieved.
• Train Meat team members in a manner that builds and sustains a high-performance team and minimizes turnover.
• Write and manage Meat schedules to achieve first‑class service levels while meeting expense control objectives.
• Ensure Real Time Apply is completed accurately and according to Meijer timelines.
• Maintain signing execution and pricing accuracy.
• Accountable for Meijer sanitation and safety procedures.
• Control and manage inventory shrinkage through BOH accuracy, use of production planners, and adherence to rotation guidelines.
• React to and complete MITS tasks in a timely manner.
• Perform other duties as assigned to meet business needs.
