The Allocation Analyst develops and executes in‑season allocation and replenishment strategies from distribution centers to stores across assigned categories. This role ensures optimal inventory levels by store to maximize sales, margin, and inventory productivity while minimizing markdowns. The Analyst delivers timely and accurate allocation execution to support store performance and overall business objectives.

• Allocate inventory by store across assigned categories for new programs, core replenishment, promotions, launch programs, and seasonal merchandise.
• Analyze business results using Excel and BI tools to identify opportunities at the department, team, vendor, item, and location levels; adjust allocation strategies to maximize sales trends.
• Partner with Buyers and Merchandise Planners to align allocation flow strategies and inventory needs with merchandising strategies.
• Develop and apply knowledge of regional and store‑attribute performance to inform allocation strategies.
• For new stores, ensure allocation meets assortment plans, supports Grand Opening, and maintains inventory levels based on sales performance.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Intermediate Excel skills (functions, pivot tables, lookups) and proficiency in Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Bachelor’s degree in a business field, fashion merchandising, supply chain, or 1–3 years of allocation experience preferred.

• Ability to constantly sit at a desk in a sedentary work environment.
• Frequent use of a computer, keyboard, mouse, and standard office equipment.
• Occasional standing and walking throughout the office.
• Occasional lifting or moving of items up to 15 pounds.
• Clear and effective verbal and written communication abilities.
• Occasional presentation to small and large groups, including team members and leadership.
• Frequent viewing of electronic/written materials with ability to adjust focus as needed.
• Noise level in the work environment is typically moderate.
• No travel required.
