The selection days will be held in Alfafar during the week of July 20, 2026.

These positions will start in August 2026, with the store opening planned shortly thereafter.

The Challenge

We are looking for people who want to join the store team. You will be part of a dynamic environment and collaborate on daily tasks according to the instructions of your direct supervisors. Your goal will be to provide an excellent experience to customers and contribute to the success of in-store sales.

What You Will Do

• Maintain company operational and compliance standards.
• Ensure that all daily routines are executed according to the instructions of your direct supervisors.
• Participate in stock processing and replenishment.
• Attend customers and perform cash register operations.
• Manage returns effectively and in accordance with established procedures.
• Ensure the presentation and order of products to optimize sales.
• Participate in store price reduction cycles (markdown).
• Comply at all times with health and safety regulations.
• Show courtesy and collaboration with both customers and the rest of the staff and your direct supervisors.
• Demonstrate knowledge about the brands and products in the store.
• Promote and reflect the values of TJX Europe in every interaction.
• Participate in additional maintenance, cleaning, or operational support tasks as needed.
