NAPA Auto Parts Indianapolis is seeking a Parts Specialist who will be the face of our store, helping retail and wholesale customers with auto parts and advice at the counter or over the phone. You don’t need to teardown engines, but you should bring strong parts knowledge and a passion for delivering great customer service.
You will use a computer, cash register, telephone, and paper catalog system to find parts, answer questions, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
