Wally’s Cashiers are part of our Guest Service Team
, creating the friendly, welcoming experience our guests expect every time they visit. This role is responsible for helping guests at checkout, handling transactions accurately, and keeping the front of the store clean, organized, and running smoothly.

Provide friendly, professional service to every guest while creating a welcoming and positive checkout experience.

Accurately process purchases using the point-of-sale (POS) system, including cash, debit, credit, and other approved payment methods.

Count and balance cash drawers at the beginning and end of shifts while maintaining accuracy throughout transactions.

Answer guest questions, assist with product locations, and help resolve concerns in a polite and professional manner. Escalate issues to the Guest Service Lead when needed.

Keep registers, counters, and surrounding areas clean, organized, and ready for guests throughout the shift.

Assist with light stocking, merchandise rotation, and pricing when needed to help keep the store well stocked and organized.

Follow all store procedures for transactions, refunds, exchanges, and age-restricted sales in accordance with company policies and state laws.
