Retail Operations Sales Lead, Fabletics; Keystone Crossing - Indianapolis

Job Summary

Fabletics is looking for a Full‑Time Operations Sales Lead for our retail store at Keystone at the Crossing in Indianapolis, IN. This role combines core Sales Lead responsibilities with a focus on store operations and reports to the Store Manager.

• Embodies culture and values and provides insight to customers on how to live their passion.
• Actively engages customers in new and meaningful ways by providing knowledge on fabrics, features, fit, and function of our products.
• Drives customer engagement inside and outside the store, including events, promotions, and community projects.
• Provides training and immediate feedback around our Customer Experience Playbook and other performance expectations (Customer Engagement, Omnicart, Member Chat, etc.).
• Works with the Store Manager to inspire associates to meet or exceed individual and team performance goals.
• Communicates inventory and training needs to the Store Manager to increase overall customer experience.
• Maintains store-merchandising guidelines to make the store easy to shop and add value to the customer’s purchase journey.
• Actively participates to provide and nourish feedback to the Store Manager to continuously improve the business.
• Strives for excellence meeting and exceeding store objectives as it relates to performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality standards.
• Serves as a resource for general product knowledge to all customers and team members.
• Maintains personal sales and achieves sales goals.
• Maintains safety and security standards and identifies and communicates potential issues.
• Unpacks boxes for inventory as required (boxes can weigh 10-30 lbs).

• 1-year minimum of work experience within a retail environment.
• Prior retail management experience is a plus.
• Knowledge and familiarity of active lifestyle choices such as yoga, cycling/spin, pilates, weight training, running, nutrition, and other healthy activities.
• Ability to socially interact with customers, employees, and business partners inside and outside the store environment.
• Ability to work with large teams and demonstrate great interpersonal skills, positive attitude, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort dealing with ambiguity, with the ability to take initiative when an opportunity provides itself.
• Familiarity with retail inventory and POS systems.
• Self-motivated, good communicator with an innate ability to bring the best out in others.
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and work well under pressure.
• Flexibility in work hours, open to work evenings, weekends, and national holidays.
