AE - Stock Associate

Job Description

You can't buy product if it's not on the floor, right?! As a part-time stock brand Ambassador, you're an expert at keeping product moving from the Stockroom to the Sales floor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising. You've got a passion for AEO Brand Standards, an eye for merchandising and a keen attention to detail. Even though the Stockroom is #yourplace, you're able to flex your skills to support your team and guests on the Sales floor as needed.

• You're a go-getter when it comes to keeping product moving through effective and timely shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising.
• Master the Stockroom by ensuring merchandise, visual props, marketing and fixtures stay organized.
• Identify merchandising opportunities, inform store leadership, create a game plan and take action to correct it.
• Support teammates with non-stock tasks or guest assistance when needed.
• Prioritize safety: follow Asset Protection standards and AEO policies and procedures.

• You have strong organization, attention to detail, and excellent time‑management skills.
• You can provide flexible availability in the early morning, late evening, and weekends.
• You have previous experience in a stock-related role.

• Actual starting pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to relevant experience and location.
• Subject to eligibility requirements, associates may be eligible to receive paid sick leave and AEO may provide REAL rewards at its discretion.
• Paid Time Off, paid sick leave, and holiday pay vary by job level and type, job location, employment classification (part‑time or full‑time / exempt or non‑exempt), and years of service.
