ALO seeks a Visual Manager to lead store visual and product strategy. You will drive visual execution, product placement, and staffing alignment to keep the store customer-ready. The role blends planning, analysis, and hands-on merchandising on the sales floor and back of house.
As part of the store leadership team, you’ll manage visual standards, schedules, and KPIs while coaching a Visual team and partnering with the General/Store Manager to deliver on budgets and business priorities.
