Operations Supervisor

GNC is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead daily store performance in our health and wellness retail environment. In this role, you'll oversee staff scheduling, inventory control, merchandising, and cash handling while modeling exceptional customer service. You will coach associates on product knowledge, sales skills, and wellness solutions, ensuring a clean, safe, and compliant store. Working closely with leadership, you'll monitor KPIs, reduce shrink, and drive a performance-driven, customer-focused culture that supports our customers' health and fitness goals.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily store operations to meet sales and service targets
• Lead, train, and coach associates on product knowledge and selling skills
• Create and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage
• Oversee inventory, receiving, stocking, and shrink control
• Maintain merchandising and visual standards aligned with GNC guidelines
• Ensure accurate cash handling and POS transaction integrity
• Resolve customer issues and support health and wellness recommendations within guidelines
• Monitor performance metrics and report results to management
• Enforce company policies, safety standards, and loss prevention procedures
• Support opening and closing procedures as a keyholder
