Assistant Manager

Finish Line Car Wash in Madisonville, KY is seeking an Assistant Manager to support daily operations at our fast-paced, customer-focused car wash. This role helps lead shifts, coach team members, and ensure friendly, efficient service. Responsibilities include supporting scheduling, overseeing wash quality, maintaining cleanliness and safety, and handling basic cash and POS duties. You'll work hands-on with customers and staff, learning site operations and helping drive a positive, team-oriented culture with opportunities to grow into higher leadership.

Responsibilities

• Assist manager in daily site operations and shift leadership
