• Greet and assist customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
• Operate cash registers, handle transactions, and provide accurate change.
• Follow merchandising processes, including unpacking, stocking, and creating displays.
• Maintain store cleanliness by cleaning floors, restrooms, and common areas.
• Assist with merchandise recovery and store setup activities.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of safety policies and proper cash handling procedures.
• Ability to read planograms and understand merchandise presentation.
• Basic math skills and experience operating cash registers.
• Ability to stock merchandise and perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 40 pounds.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Frequent standing, bending, and lifting are required.
• Ability to handle merchandise and equipment, including scanners and carts.
• Work environment involves moderate noise, outdoor exposure, and a fast-paced setting.
