Retail Store Intern

Duration:
Paid Internship from May - August 2027.
Housing:
Furnished housing or stipend provided.

This position is responsible for assisting the Retail Operations Lead with Beck’s retail and online store.

• Assist in sales and inventory activities surrounding Beck’s retail store
• Restock merchandise in showroom
• Maintain neatness and cleanliness of the store and inventory room
• Print ecommerce and/or email orders, package, and then ship in a timely manner
• Tag and stock new inventory after received and approved by Retail Operations Lead
• Collaborate and communicate with Country Store team members on ideas, store needs, opportunities, and challenges
• Communicate low stock items and reorder items to Retail Operations Lead
• Travel to various Beck’s events to set up and tear down the Mobile Store, some will be overnight events
• Perform other related duties as may be required by the Leadership Team, Marketing Communications Manager, and Retail Operations Lead.

• Complete training with Retail Operations Lead

• Basic computer and current software skills.
• Willingness to learn Lightspeed point of purchase software

• Demonstrated through previous work experience that individual is qualified to assist Retail Operations Lead and to perform excellent customer service.
• Be able to work in a fast paced environment.
• Must able to lift heavy boxes and totes.
• Possess a high level of attention to detail.
