The Brand Ambassador provides a personalized, inspiring shopping experience while supporting store sales and customer engagement. This role represents the brand's customer experience standards and contributes to an inclusive, collaborative store environment.
Responsibilities- Drive sales goals by putting customers at the center of decisions and engaging in client development.
- Support company initiatives, team training, and the use of digital shopping tools and alternative purchasing options.
- Maintain sales floor and store standards while sharing customer and product feedback with management.
- Build positive relationships with customers, managers, and coworkers.
- Retail or similar experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty environment is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including standing, walking, and lifting up to 30 pounds.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and possible overnight shifts.
