- Run in-home and on-site roofing sales appointments
- Sell residential and light commercial roofing projects
- Present proposals and close contracts
- Work assigned territory within a ~1-hour radius of your home base
- Follow up on leads and active opportunities
- Build strong relationships with homeowners and referral sources
- Commission-only role (training pay during onboarding)
- Aggressive commission structure + completion bonuses
