Our team is focused on delivering reliable, efficient, and customer-focused moving services, with an emphasis on clear communication, accurate scheduling, and a smooth experience from first contact through move completion.
As we continue to grow, we are expanding our sales and support capabilities to better manage lead volume, improve follow-ups, and support multiple locations and franchise owners.
About the RoleWe are seeking a full-time Bilingual Virtual Sales Assistant (English/Spanish) to support our sales operations by handling inbound inquiries, conducting follow-ups, and assisting with booking and scheduling. This role will interact with both English- and Spanish-speaking customers and is primarily sales-focused, with the opportunity to support light operational tasks as business needs evolve.
This position requires strong communication skills, consistency, and the ability to manage a high volume of customer interactions throughout the workday.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to inbound sales inquiries via phone, email, and text in both English and Spanish
- Conduct outbound follow-ups with new and existing leads
- Qualify leads by gathering accurate move details (dates, locations, inventory, access notes, etc.)
- Assist with booking moves and scheduling estimates
- Maintain accurate and detailed CRM records
- Follow sales scripts, pricing guidelines, and internal workflows
- Ensure timely responses to prevent lead drop-off
- Maintain consistent availability during assigned full-time work hours
- Demonstrate strong follow-up discipline and time management
- Communicate clearly, professionally, and confidently with customers
- Handle objections and guide customers toward booking
- Meet performance expectations related to responsiveness and booking outcomes
- Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
- Previous experience in sales, inside sales, or customer service
- Experience with moving companies or home services is a strong plus
- Familiarity with CRM and scheduling tools
- Experience working remotely with U.S.
-based customers
