Quality Trusted Commercial is seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Sales Representative to drive new business and grow long-term client relationships. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who thrives on building pipelines, closing deals, and delivering value-based solutions to commercial customers. You will be responsible for developing service and reroof opportunities, partnering with operations to deliver successful projects, and representing our company with integrity and professionalism in the market.

- Prospect and develop new commercial roofing opportunities
- Build and manage a consistent pipeline of service and reroof projects
- Conduct site visits, inspections, and client meetings
- Prepare proposals and present solutions to customers
- Partner with estimating and operations to ensure smooth project delivery
- Close sales while maintaining target gross margins
- Maintain accurate CRM updates and reliable forecasts
- Grow long-term relationships with building owners, facility managers, and general contractors
- 3+ years of commercial roofing sales experience OR 5+ years of B2B construction sales with proven success
- History of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of commercial roofing systems and scopes of work
- Disciplined approach to pipeline management and forecasting
- Ability to sell on value and protect margins
- Strong communication, organization, and customer relationship skills
- Valid driver's license and ability to visit customer sites
