Automotive Sales & Client Experience Roles

Hubler Automotive Group is expanding and actively hiring motivated professionals to join our sales and customer experience teams. Opportunities are available in both the new and pre‑owned vehicle departments across all 14 Hubler locations. Position

Automotive sales involve marketing, selling, or leasing new and used vehicles to consumers fessionals in this role guide customers through the buying process, which includes vehicle demonstrations, test drives, and financing negotiations. This is a customer‑facing role focused on meeting sales goals and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities of Automotive Sales Representatives
  • Customer Engagement: Greet customers, identify their needs, and recommend suitable vehicles.
  • Demonstration: Explain vehicle features, technology, and performance while conducting test drives.
  • Sales & Negotiation: Negotiate pricing and close deals, including trade‑ins.
  • Financing & Delivery: Assist with financing options, prepare paperwork, and deliver vehicles.
  • Follow‑up: Follow up on vehicle deliveries to ensure customer satisfaction.
Required

Skills and Qualifications
  • Communication & Interpersonal

    Skills:

    Ability to engage effectively with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Negotiation & Persuasion: Capable of closing sales, handling objections, and negotiating, often involving complex financing.
  • Product Knowledge: Understanding the technical aspects of vehicles to explain them to customers.
  • Technical/Computer

    Skills:

    Proficient in using databases to manage inventory and client information.
  • Administrative

    Skills:

    Ability to handle paperwork for vehicle sales, including contracts.
  • Valid Driver’s License: A clean driving record is preferred.
  • Availability: Must be able to work a flexible schedule, Monday through Saturday.
