Outside Sales Consultant; In-Home – Fireplace & Chimney Inspections

Indianapolis, IN (Field role / in customers’ homes)

On-Target Earnings: $100,000+ (uncapped)

We’re hiring a professional, consultative in-home sales consultant who can also perform hands‑on fireplace/chimney inspections (including roof top chimney evaluations). If you’re a strong closer who likes technical problem‑solving and being in the field—not behind a desk—this is for you.

You’ll run in‑home appointments, perform full fireplace/chimney inspections, and present solutions that keep homes safe, code‑compliant, and beautiful

• Perform full fireplace/chimney/venting inspections (includes ladders, roofs, tight spaces, and attics as needed)
• Deliver professional in‑home consultative presentations and ask for the sale when appropriate
• Build clear scopes of work, create accurate estimates, and recommend the right repair/rebuild/install options
• Follow our no‑pressure, trust‑first sales process with consistent follow‑up
• Document inspections thoroughly (notes + photos) and track pipeline in our CRM
• Coordinate with office and production teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Stay current on industry standards and complete ongoing training

This job is for you if you can sell professionally and do the hands‑on inspection work.

• 2+ years of in‑home / outside sales (home services preferred)
• Comfortable with heights and roof work (ladders, pitches, varying conditions)
• Strong communication and professionalism in customers’ homes
• Coachable, self‑driven, and consistent with follow‑up and documentation
• Valid driver’s license and ability to work independently in the field

• Roofing/exterior sales, HVAC comfort advisor, foundation/waterproofing, restoration, windows/doors, home inspectors, door to door sales
• Experience explaining technical issues clearly and presenting options without pressure

• Commission‑based role after training (uncapped)
• 12 weeks paid training:
  Training pay includes a guaranteed minimum/draw during ramp‑up.
