* Main responsibilities:

*** Managing the assigned territory and effectively promoting Lilly products to achieve agreed promotional and business objectives.
* Building and maintaining strong, long‐term relationships with healthcare professionals, including physicians and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
* Representing Lilly in all customer interactions and conducting business activities with high performance, professionalism, and integrity, in line with company policies and compliance standards.
* Planning and executing regular, high‐quality customer engagements to ensure effective scientific and promotional communication.
* Organizing and supporting scientific meetings, workshops, and conferences in the assigned territory.
* Collaborating closely with cross‐functional partners to ensure consistent implementation of brand strategies and customer‐centric solutions.
** Our expectations:
*** higher education,
* prior experience in pharmaceutical sales roles.
* proven ability to collaborate with healthcare professionals (HCPs) and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)
* understanding of cardiometabolic diseases (diabetes, obesity, cardiovascular conditions) and associated therapies
* high commitment towards achieving sales goals,
* good planning and organization skills,
* ability to manage sales activities in the dedicated territory,
* strong communication and interpersonal skills for scientific exchange
* analytical thinking,
* fast learner, open-minded and agile personality
* enthusiastic, committed, and accountable towards success
* English language skills,
* driving license category B,
* computer skills (including MS Office).
