Responsibilities
- Collaborative Sales and Business Development:
Actively sell Karcher's full range of professional cleaning equipment and solutions to clients in core verticals, including K-12 & Higher Education, Hospitality, Industrial & Logistics, Healthcare, and Building Service Contractors (BSCs). - Driving Direct and Dealer Sales:
Responsible for driving leads and closing sales in your assigned territory, managing a direct sales pipeline, and working closely with authorized dealers to support their sales efforts and foster new opportunities. - Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long‑lasting relationships with new and existing clients, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring a seamless customer experience from initial contact through post‑sale support. - Territory and Team Management:
Effectively manage and grow a designated sales territory, prospecting for new leads, conducting sales presentations and product demonstrations, and closing deals while sharing best practices and contributing to a positive, results‑driven culture. - Market Intelligence and Reporting:
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities; maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipelines in the CRM system; provide regular sales forecasts and reports.
This position requires frequent travel (up to 75%) within your assigned territory for client meetings, site visits, and trade shows. You will be expected to manage your schedule and travel expenses efficiently.
Qualifications- Experience:
Minimum 1+ year of B2B sales experience, preferably in cleaning, janitorial, or related industries, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Skills:
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; strong interpersonal skills for building rapport and trust with direct clients and dealer partners; team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach; self‑motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently; proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite; ability to travel within the assigned territory.
A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
