Sales Consultant, Premise-Lafayette​/West Lafayette​/Lebanon

About the Role

The Sales Consultant position services bar and restaurant accounts within Johnson Brothers, a family-owned distributor of wine, spirits, and beer.

• Territory Management: ensure consistent customer contact, plan and execute sales initiatives, handle all customer‑related issues promptly and friendly.
• Selling: fully understand products and pricing schedules, make effective sales presentations, achieve assigned company objectives and grow business, identify and nurture new accounts.
• Merchandising: use all available POS to enhance selling efforts.
• Servicing: perform sales calls, reliable inventory checks, communicate properly to minimize order mistakes, rotate products on shelves, cold boxes, displays, etc.
• Administration: adhere to all company policies and procedures, handle all paperwork promptly and properly.

• BA/BS college degree or related industry experience.
• Prior route sales experience (highly preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Goal and results‑driven.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Reliable transportation and proof of insurance.
• Local candidates preferred (no relocation package).

• Pass drug screen, physical and criminal background check.
• Full‑time, regular time.
