Account Executive
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Account Executive to join our sales team. As an Account Executive, your primary responsibility will be to identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities. You will focus on acquiring new clients and driving growth for the company by aggressively pursuing leads and building strong relationships with potential customers, as well as engaging lead generation strategies to drive further business growth.

- Drive the sales process from initial contact to final close, including negotiating terms, handling objections, and closing deals.
- Proactively identify and generate new leads through a combination of cold calling, networking, referrals, and other outreach methods.
- Work closely with marketing, customer success, operational, and other internal teams to align messaging and support an outstanding customer experience.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt sales strategies effectively.
- Proven experience in sales, with a focus on new business acquisition (preferably in a B2B environment).
- Strong ability to identify and convert leads into sales opportunities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and able to work independently.
- Comfortable with B2B cold outreach and lead generation.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and effectively with decision‑makers.
- Previous experience in selling ERP platforms, particularly Acumatica ERP, is ideal.
- Proven experience in sales, with a focus on new business acquisition (preferably in a B2B environment).
