In‑Home Sales & Tech Support (Full‑Time)

Pay Rate: $22.50 hourly + mileage reimbursement + phone stipend + sales commission.

5 days/week –

Hours:

12:05pm to 9:00pm.

We’re looking for an entry‑level In‑Home Sales & Tech Support to work during our busiest hours. You’ll receive paid training, learn our products, and gain hands‑on sales experience while building communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills. Ongoing coaching and mentoring will support your growth and confidence.

• Serve: Meet customers in‑home, in‑office, or elsewhere. Provide exceptional customer service and prioritize the customer throughout the interaction.
• Solve: Use your expertise to address and resolve customers’ tech issues. Deliver a workable solution and ensure customers leave with clear understanding of future needs.
• Sell: Leverage Asurion’s growing range of products to offer tailored solutions. Listen actively, identify needs, and position products to meet those needs. Use strong negotiation and communication skills to secure sales.

• Comfortable working in a sales environment with set targets.
• A valid driver’s license, satisfactory driving record, and at least 1 year of driving experience.
• Proof of valid car insurance (Manhattan excluded).
• Personal vehicle (excluding motorcycles) and a personal cellphone.
• Travel within a maximum of 120 miles one‑way to service customers in surrounding neighborhoods and cities.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Comfortable working around household pets.
• Efficient, adaptable, goal‑oriented, persuasive communication skills.
• Open‑mindedness and a passion for learning diverse skills.
• Outgoing personality who thrives in human interaction.

• Base hourly rate guaranteed for all hours worked, paid bi‑weekly.
• Early access to earned pay.
• Uncapped commissions paid bi‑weekly.
• Mileage reimbursement based on IRS guidelines, paid weekly.
• $35 phone stipend, paid monthly.
• 3‑4 weeks paid training.
