Location: Aurora

AAA Club Alliance is actively hiring for an experienced full‑time Retail Sales Associate.

Starting base compensation for this position is $15.54 to $19.88 per hour, adjusted based on experience, geographic location, and other factors as permitted by law.

This position is eligible to earn incentive pay, with an average payout of $162.00 - $389.00 per month.

Store hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM;
Saturday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (37.5‑hour work week). No Sundays.

Full‑time Retail Associates can accrue up to three weeks of paid time off during the first year.

Location:

1050 Green Blvd, Aurora, IN 47001.

Responsibilities
  • Consistently up‑sell and cross‑sell AAA products such as new memberships, credit cards, and insurance referrals.
  • Assist members in planning domestic travel vacations, including car rentals, hotels, vacation packages, maps, tour books, and triptiks.
  • Answer incoming overflow calls for Roadside Assistance during peak call volumes, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
  • Serve as backup by assisting in the functions of Cashiering, Tag and Title, and IDEMIA services if applicable.
Qualifications
  • Previous sales and customer service experience, with an ability to drive results and exceed expectations.
  • Effective written and oral communication skills, essential for engaging customers and articulating the value of AAA memberships.
  • Proficiency in navigating multiple websites and programs; strong computer skills for multitasking in a fast‑paced retail environment.
  • Notary Public designation or willingness to obtain within 6 months of employment.
  • Basic geography knowledge is beneficial.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Successful completion of pre‑employment and post‑employment screenings (criminal, drug, state, and/or vendor specific).
  • Ability to obtain any necessary membership license (or others) required for essential functions of the position.
