Our client is seeking an accomplished and driven Area Sales Manager to spearhead expansion efforts and reinforce its presence within the Indianapolis staffing industry. Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development:
    Proactively identify and target potential clients to foster new business opportunities through strategic prospecting and cold calling.
  • Relationship Management:
    Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations, understanding their staffing needs and tailoring solutions accordingly.
  • Client Engagement:
    Plan and execute client meetings and presentations that effectively highlight our client's comprehensive staffing services and unique offerings.
  • Solution Customization:
    Collaborate with internal teams to formulate customized staffing proposals and competitive pricing strategies that cater to specific client requirements.
  • Contract Negotiation:
    Skillfully negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring outcomes that are favorable and beneficial for all parties involved.
  • Performance Metrics:
    Consistently achieve and surpass designated sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Market Analysis:
    Stay informed about current industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Reporting:
    Provide detailed reports on sales activities, maintaining an up-to-date pipeline and delivering accurate forecasts to senior management.
Requirements
  • Experience:

    A minimum of three years of successful experience in outside sales, with a strong preference for candidates with experience in the staffing industry.
  • Sales Acumen:
    Demonstrated history of achieving sales goals through effective prospecting and cold calling techniques.
  • Communication

    Skills:

    Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
  • Independence:
    Highly self-motivated, capable of achieving sales goals both independently and collaboratively within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Technical

    Skills:

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
  • Mobility:
    Possession of a valid driver's license with willingness to travel within the designated territory as needed.
